Messi is the best Player in the world

Lionel Messi was bon in Rosario, 24th June 1987, Argentine. He plays for Barcelona and Aregntine national team as a forward or as  wing. Now messi is one of the best player in the world. Messi recieved 4 Ballod d' or consecutive. Messi began playing football at young age and his potential was seen by Barcelona and make a contract with him. He left Newell's Old Boy's his former club in 2000 and moved with his family to Europe. Barcelona offered treatment for his growth hormone deficiency. Messi's debut was in the 2004-05 season, and he broke the club record for the youngest player score a goal in a official league.
Barcelona won la Liga in Messi's debut season, and won a double championship in 2006. His first debut in clasico, He was scored hattrick, and he was the first player to did that in la liga history.
Messi was selected as a captain in his country national team (agentine). Messi played debut with senior national team in 2005. Until now he has scored 40 goals for his national team.
When messi wins ballon d' or 4 time consecutive, that was teh new record for the football history. Before messi's, Micahel platini was recieved the Ballod d' or 3 time consecutive. So when messi's won 4 time, Platini said, that he was very happy because his record was brake by this extraordinary little man. Messi's has a nick "La Pulga", this nick name means even messi gwoth with an limitation, he was blessed with a powerfull skill to played football.
So many football player compare with messi, such as Mardona, Pele, and Cristiano Ronalso. But people said that messi;s had a special magic and other player had too. So to compare a football player to another player is not necessary.
I am a fanatic fan for Barcelona and Lionel Messi. I think he can play with an extraordinary move in the field. He can read the gesture and the movement of the back so cleasrly. to be continued...

RUU Pilkada diketok: Rakyat Melawan

Dinamika revisi UU Pilkada akhirnya berakhir juga. Para anggota DPR mengetok palu bahwa pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Gubernur, Bupati/Walikota) akhirnya kembali dipilih oleh DPRD. Paripurna yang dilaksanakan oleh DPR RI cukup panas dan berlangsung alot karena tidak semua fraksi anggota dewan yang setuju opsi Pilkada melalui DPRD. Dalam rapat paripurna, ketua rapat paripurna menyediakan 2 opsi dalam revisi UU Pilkada yaitu Pilkada langsung atau Pilkada DPRD. Dari semua fraksi di DPR RI, Fraksi PDI-P, PKB, Hanura memilih opsi Pilkada langsung, sedangkan dari Fraksi Golkar, PPP, PAN, Gerindra, PKS, memilih Pilkada melalui DPRD. Sementara fraksi Demokrat dengan mayoritas anggotnya memilih Opsi ketiga yaitu Pilkada langsung dengan syarat 10 perbaikan.

Proses rapat paripurna sendiri berjalan sangat alot, dimana terjadi deadlock keputusan antara Pilkada Langsung dengan Pilkada DPRD. Opsi ketiga yang ditawarkan oleh Demokrat sendiri ditolak oleh pimpinan rapat, sementara apanila dipaksakan dengan konsep 2 opsi maka hujan interupsi pun sangat banyak. Oleh karena itu, pimpinan rapat mengambil keputusan untuk melakukan skors rapat paripurna sekaligus diadakannya lobi antar fraksi untuk menentukan opsi yang akan diambil.

Pada saat lobi fraksi, kubu FPDIP, PKB, dan Hanura melakukan koordinasi dengan Fraksi Demokrat untuk menggolkan Pilkada langsung dengan ospi perbaikan di 10 bidang. Kubu PDIP, PKB, dan Hanura setuju dengan opsi tersebut, dengan catatan bahwa syarat uji publik yang diajukan oleh Demokrat tidak dilakukan oleh DPRD akan tetapi dilakukan oleh Praktisi maupun akademisi sehingga tidak ada kepentingan politik. Berdasarkan catatan tersebut, tidak jelas apakah Demokrat setuju atau tidak, karena tidak adanya unsur penolakan ataupun penerimaan akan catatan tersetut.
